WHAT WE DO

Mobile Clinics in Action

Children’s Health Fund pioneered the use of mobile clinics to bring healthcare directly to the children and families with the least access. Now, mobile clinics are used throughout CHF’s national network to transport primary and behavioral health services to where they’re needed most, including schools, shelters, and community centers.

CHF supports a coalition of 25 national network programs in 15 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico that deliver care through its fleet of more than 50 mobile medical clinics, as well as fixed-site clinics, schools, Head Start centers, community agencies, and homeless and domestic violence shelters.
