What We do

Community Health Equity and Engagement Roundtables (CHEERs)

The Community Health Equity and Engagement Roundtables (CHEERs) is a Children’s Health Fund initiative that gathers local stakeholders from a variety of sectors to identify localized social drivers of health and collaboratively strategize solutions. The roundtables position patients, families, and youth as key stakeholders among healthcare professionals, policymakers and social service organizations to drive community-based change.
