Washington, DC (January 28, 2009) - With the $20 billion for healthcare IT in the economic stimulus legislative package under review by Congress, a comparison of two seemingly disparate community health organizations – from rural Arkansas to urban New York – use electronic health records (EHRs) to improve the quality of care provided to patients and lower the costs of that care.
