Millions of children in the United States are medically underserved: they have limited access to health care, lack health insurance, face transportation barriers, fall through the social safety net or simply don’t have access to a doctor because of a shortage of health professionals.

CHF works to address each of these issues and more, both on the ground through our programs and through experience-based advocacy on behalf of public policies that address these barriers to care.
