These include: "Homeless Family Facility Nutrition Guidelines”, “Improving the Nutrition Status of Homeless Children: Guidelines for Homeless Family Shelters”, and an appendix providing nutrition resources and internet-based resources, nutrition screening tools and selected examples of “Best Practice” shelters.

National Network

Programs and Affiliates

Children’s Health Fund (CHF) develops and supports a National Network of 22 programs and two affiliates in 16 different states and the District of Columbia. Seventeen of the programs/affiliates are based at academic medical centers, the other seven at Federally Qualified Health Centers.
