    A new white paper, "Legacy of Katrina:  The Impact of a Flawed Recovery on Vulnerable Children of the Gulf Coast", published by Children's Health Fund and The National Center for Disaster Preparedness, Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health finds significant emotional distress, behavioral problems and instability persist among children affected by the 2005 disaster.  Read the press release»
