We Need You. The World Needs You!

If You're Feeling Sad, Depressed or Alone, These Resources Can Help

Sadness and depression don't discriminate and they can strike anytime. The holidays can be especially hard.

But remember:  no matter what you're going through, there is always, always someone to talk to—a family member, a friend, a teacher, your doctor—even though it may be difficult to see in the middle of a hard moment. And if none of these people feel right to you, or seem able to offer the right words, there are hotlines that have people ready to help, any time.

If you feel depressed or suicidal, don’t try to go through it alone. You CAN feel better. And it starts with finding someone to talk to who can help you.
