Children’s Health Fund is pleased to partner with the following corporate leaders to raise funds and awareness around children’s health, especially families in the United States who continue to face significant barriers - such as lack of transportation, doctors or other specialists - that prevent them from having access to regular comprehensive care.
American Idol and its viewers have raised millions of dollars through the Emmy Award winningIdol Gives Back (IGB) television fundraising event and musical event. Children and families in Children's Health Fund programs across the country have benefited from IGB's generosity through more than 100,000 medical, mental health and dental visits and counting.
A part of its commitment to preventive health for families, Clorox is donating half a million dollars to Children's Health Fund (CHF) over a two year period. The contribution will help support the half a million health care visits CHF's programs will provide to disadvantaged children across the country. In addition, Clorox is donating one dollar for each person who becomes a "fan" of Clorox's Facebook page, up to $100,000.
