Paul Simon and Irwin Redlener on Morning Joe msnbcOn Thursday, September 27, Children’s Health Fund co-founders Paul Simon and Dr. Irwin Redlener were guests on MSNBC’s Morning Joe to discuss the state of children’s health in America. While the implementation of the Affordable Care Act will ensure millions of additional children will have access to health insurance, that doesn’t necessarily mean they will get the care they deserve. As Dr. Redlener states, “the consequences of not getting [children] the health care they need…will be an unfolding disaster that will not only affect our present, but our future.”

Ho-Chunk Nation Mobile Clinic for Kids

Under sunny skies, a dedication dance and ribbon cutting ceremony at the Ho-Chunk Nation Labor Day Pow-Wow on September 1 set the stage for healthier children in Ho-Chunk Nation. Children's Health Fund unveiled it's newest program and 50th "doctor's office on wheels" with the launch of the Ho-Chunk Nation Children's Health Project.
