Isani - A Chance to See

When she was in pre-school, 15-year-old Isani Castro suffered from a lazy eye, which, if left uncorrected, could result in vision loss and other problems. Fortunately, Dr. Altagracia Tolentino of Children's Health Fund's South Bronx Health Center was able to diagnose the condition and get Isani the corrective glasses she needed. Today, she's a straight-A student with her eye on a first-class education and beyond.
