David Pulman took up the position of President, Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS), GlaxoSmithKline in December 2002. He is a member of the Corporate executive team. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President - Strategy, Logistics and North American Supply, GMS, GSK, since January 2001. David has a broad range of manufacturing experience, having had responsibility for global primary manufacturing and for secondary manufacturing operations on five continents.
Prior to this appointment, David had responsibility for North American Supply, GMS Global logistics and strategy, and for the team leading and monitoring the Global supply network program. From December 2000, David was Senior Vice President,
David joined Glaxo in 1978. During the following years, he held increasingly responsible roles in both the manufacturing site network and the central functions.
